3. Booking and Payment

Reservations can be made through our online platform. Payment in full or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Payment details must match the guest information provided.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Guests may cancel a booking by notifying us in writing. Standard cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in qualify for a full refund, minus any transaction fees. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a 50% refund. No-show or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. For assistance, please contact us.

4.1 Extended Refund Terms

In addition to our standard policy, we offer an enhanced refund framework: within 48 hours of booking, a full refund is available for any reason. After this period and up to 7 days before arrival, guests may request a pro-rated refund based on unused nights. Exceptional circumstances such as government travel restrictions or natural disasters may entitle guests to additional flexibility. 5. Liability

We act solely as an intermediary between guests and property owners. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the stay. Guests must comply with house rules and local regulations.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland.
